At first glance this reminded me of the lists one sees in the windows of Chinese herbalists - eczema, infertility, allergies, overweight, psoriasis, migraine, gout, hay fever, etc, to which my usual response is, “No, thank you, don’t want any of that.” And then I thought it was a good thing because some people with celiac disease might miss battered fish and then I thought it was a bad thing because how can you avoid cross-contamination and, anyway, if they can make gluten-free batter on Wednesdays why can’t they make it every day?
